1. Custom Orders

All of our products are custom-fabricated to your project's specific requirements and specifications. Due to this custom nature, all sales are final once fabrication has begun. We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for products that have been manufactured according to the approved order specifications.

We strongly encourage all clients to review and confirm all order details, including measurements, materials, colors, and profiles, before providing final approval for fabrication.

2. Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled only before the fabrication process has started. To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. If we have not yet begun manufacturing your components, we will process a full refund. If fabrication has commenced, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Damages and Manufacturing Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

To evaluate the issue, we will require a detailed description and photographic evidence of the problem. If the error is determined to be on our part (e.g., manufacturing defect, incorrect dimensions compared to the approved order), we will remake and replace the affected component(s) at our expense.

4. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an error was made on our part, our remedy is to replace the incorrect component. We do not offer exchanges for orders where incorrect specifications were provided by the customer.
